The online training, lasting about 4 hours, allows you to follow the lessons and take the exam at your own pace.
Online Exam and Practical Preparation
Once you have completed the online training and passed the exam, you can schedule a 2-hour session to assess your abilities at your convenience.
Certification and Maintenance
Obtain your CPR/AED certification from the Heart and Stroke Foundation, recognized and valid for 1 year.
