Ideal for individuals wanting a more comprehensive and paced offering and those who are new to BLS or do not frequently need to engage in life-saving measures.

Duration

The total duration of SIR Hybrid Training - Renewal depends on how quickly you complete the online component:

Part 1 online : Variable duration
Part 2 in the classroom : Approximately 1.5 h
Total : 1.5 to 4 hours

Once you have passed your exam, you have 3 months to finalize your certification.
Important information: You also have 3 months to complete the process and register for the physical session.

The Immediate Life Support (ILS) course aims to reinforce your knowledge of
so that you're confident and ready to perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
in a wide variety of situations. The program covers :
-Chain of survival
-CPR with 1 rescuer / 2 rescuers
High-quality chest compressions with feedback device
-Multi-rescuer team CPR
-CPR and airway clearance in adults, children and infants

BLS Blended (online + in-class)

A Blended course is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Online

a self-paced, cognitive learning and assessment program with easy access to a rich array of resources, activities, learning videos, knowledge checks and an electronic exam. Once you have completed the first part of the program you will move on to the in-person portion.

Once you've completed this first part, you can move on to the face-to-face portion.

Part 2: In-class

An instructor-led, classroom-based session where you will benefit from ample opportunity for hands-on skills practice, expert coaching, debriefing, team scenarios and comprehensive skills testing
